If you are driving into Baltimore for your cruise, be prepared for parking expenses. Parking at the Baltimore cruise port runs $15 a day. That means for a week that you sail, you can expect to pay at least $105.
But you can save if you stay at a hotel that offers a cruise parking package.
Many hotels in the area offer deals for parking while you’re away. These packages include parking with your hotel fare, typically for an amount that’s a little more than the regular room rate, but much less than parking at the cruise port.
To be sure, if you don’t plan on staying at a hotel the night before, then doing it just for the parking isn’t worth the added expense. But if you are going to stay somewhere, we suggest finding a hotel with cruise parking to save a few extra bucks.
We recently hunted down several hotels near the port that offer parking packages. Click on each hotel name to read reviews. Keep in mind that for parking packages, you may have to book through the hotel.
