Not wine glasses, but there are glasses in your cabin. You could also order a glass of wine, take it with you and then reuse the glass. If you drink it in the dining room you will pay a corkage fee, but you should be able to get a wine glass.

Just an update — I just got off an MSC cruise and brought a bottle of wine. There was no issue at all.
