Yes, you can add a stop. The app will tell you the adjusted price, but it’s normally not much.

It shouldn’t be an issue.

For that, I’d suggest Uber XL or to order two cars.

Yes. The cost is about $55 for a ride when we checked:

I’d call one of the local private car companies (like the companies that rent limos). They often have larger shuttles for that sort of thing. If not, you could rent a couple of Uber XL or Lyft XL cars designed for more people.

I think you’d be fine with a typical Uber/Lyft. If all your luggage is large, then it might be a tight squeeze. But if it’s reasonable, you should be ok.The cost should be around $15 each way.

As for a dedicated area, I have yet to see one! When I was dropped off a couple of months ago, they just pulled up to the terminal and let me out.

Sure, you can get from the Miami port to the Fort Lauderdale port with Uber/Lyft. My suggestion would be to walk out from the ship away from some of the crowds and find a little quieter spot where it is easier for the driver to see you. Then you can request a ride. It will show your exact location. As of our last visit, there was no designated rideshare pickup location.
