It’s likely that you won’t find that offered through the cruise line. That’s because it’s normally one excursion or the other. If you look around online you might find a local dive shop that offers dives and will also offer you to snorkel the same spot. Cozumel would likely be your best bet. Just search for “Cozumel dive shops” on Google.
